🏡🔑 WELCOME HOME TO ALASKA! 🏔️

This one actually closed a couple of weeks ago, but I finally got to hand the keys over to my clients this week! 🔑❤️

They moved all the way across the country to purchase this home, relying solely on video tours and trusting us to help guide them through the entire process. Buying a home sight unseen can be stressful, especially from thousands of miles away, so their trust in us meant so much.

And now… they’re finally moving into their dream home in Alaska! 🏔️✨

The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has officially opened dipnet permits for the 2026 salmon season! 🎣

If you’re planning to participate, be sure to grab both your fishing license and dipnet permit ahead of time. It’s one of the best ways to stock your freezer with fresh sockeye salmon! An Alaska summer tradition.

Keep in mind: dipnetting is only open to Alaska residents, and permits are available for the Kenai River, Kasilof River, Fish Creek, and Susitna River fisheries.

As always, make sure to review all current regulations before heading out. Rules can change, and it’s important to stay compliant.
