I have been Blessed to have grown up in one of my favorite cities in the world: Anchorage. I tend to feel a bit pretentious writing about myself in the third person. Therefore, this is an introduction from myself, as myself. Let’s not waste time; I’ve been completely obsessed with real estate since I can remember. I mean what’s better than a different daily workplace, touring, showing, and meeting interesting, unique people every single day! Everything from viewing properties, building rapport with new clients, leading to a lengthy, trusting relationship based on my core values and genuine affection for this career. My business is built on: Dedication, Communication, Determination, & Trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of my clients Real Estate Needs. Rest assured I will listen to you! With an understanding of your needs & wants, I will do my best to help you achieve them all. I graduated from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, majoring in Business Law, with a minor in Real Estate, and have been working in the real estate field since 2007. Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, and putting a SOLD sign on a lawn, or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I am a real estate agent because I love looking at houses! I enjoy helping people. I can see the potential of the bones of a house and I like to help others see it as well. I enjoy seeing people envision their entire future in a home that they like. It really is a beautiful thing. I live in West Anchorage; in a home I have recently given new life to. I spent my free time, and used my experience in real estate to renovate a home that hadn’t received any love in years. I love rustic modern design, and also draw from craftsman styles. However, I can appreciate any and all design styles. I get to fall asleep to the lights of our airport, and wake up to the singing of loons during the summer. When I’m not working, you’ll find me looking for goodies at garage sales or Home Depot, watching my niece & nephews ever growing athletic endeavors, or decorating my home. I also volunteer my time working with the Foss Family Foundation an organization dedicated to giving back to the Alaska community. My favorite thing about living in Alaska is the fishing, our breath taking scenery, and the Alaskan spirit each and every one of my fellow Alaskans embodies. I truly believe if you work hard, you can play hard!
