Effective April 30, 2020, we are no longer doing “Mortgage Field Services” (also known as “Property Preservation”) for bank-owned or managed properties. We can connect you with good people in Alaska.

We are still servicing private client with lawn and tree care, renovation consulting, snow removal, junk cleanup, welding, and power washing tasks.

Property maintenance technicians respond to service calls at occupied and vacant properties across Anchorage. Tasks include investigating complaints, meeting utility employees, conducting move-in/out inspections, evaluating units for repair needs, basic touchup paint, light demolition, light basic carpentry, lawn maintenance, appliance install, and other entry level handyman tasks. Works without supervision. Pay is negotiable.

Field services estimators work independently to provide estimates for clients. Using provided software and camera, estimators take measurement and descriptive photos, enter measurements, and create estimates inside provides software based on client requests. Estimates and photos are reviewed for quality control, and then sent to client for review and a decision. Approved estimates are then completed. Compensation is commission-based, paid as a percentage of net profit for approved jobs. Great opportunity to learn estimating and pick up extra hours on nights and weekends. No restrictions on working as estimators for other businesses!

Apprenticeship in property maintenance and field services. Works inside and out of occupied and vacant properties, performing property maintenance tasks like painting, mowing, basic construction, debris removal, estimating.

Looking for someone who wants to learn and grow into a salaried position ($3411.20+/month).

Profit sharing bonus eligible after six months. Initial hours are Monday to Friday, 5/6pm-12am, Saturdays 9am-5pm, Sundays 2-10pm. Must have email, smartphone with data, and vehicle.

One property in Alaska is now cleared of 12 vehicles that were attracting criminal activity. We follow the law and report trespassing, stolen vehicles, and burglary.

But the weekend isn’t over. There’s still more work to do!
