Laith is fully embracive of a good challenge and a firm believer of “learn something new every day.” Another value Laith appeals to is Planning, where “if you fail to plan, then plan to fail.”
Laith was born in Arkansas, however grew up through his teens in northcentral Ohio. In his early twenties, he moved to Kentucky to attend Western Kentucky University. In 2008, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science focusing on Architectural & Manufacturing Sciences with a Business Minor in Entrepreneurship. Laith has had the opportunity to live in a handful of states including AR, OH, KY, TN, GA & SC and has traveled both domestic and internationally. In that experience, he has gained a great perspective and sincere appreciation towards diversity and different cultures. Laith has also had first-hand experience and is able to take a true empathetic position associated with the challenges and excitements of relocations and fulfilling the American Dream of home-ownership. Laith began his family in 2013, and truly cherishes the experience of watching his marriage, children, and family grow. Him and his family are happy to call Western Upstate South Carolina home where they enjoy the beautiful lakes and foothills all while being in a moderate distance to major metropolises.
