We had non-resident visitors on our community dock last night. And, of course you already know that another boat was stolen a few weeks ago. We still don’t even have motion activated lighting down there or on the path. Our property management has consistently demonstrated its lack of concern for protecting you and your assets. (This means the company as well as the board of directors are not upholding their fiduciary duties to you.). Has the Dock Committee obtained quotes for a dock security system? What do our monthly dock association fees pay for? Enough of my frustrated ramblings…here is some information on a tracking device you might be interested in having on your boat.

I recently heard that the sprinkler systems are not working due to the fact that the water was turned off for non payment. I went to the Association Management site to look at the financials; however, they aren’t there.
