Fondly restored and thoughtfully re-designed, The Tower is now home to 40 fully re-finished and modernized apartments.

We have received a lot of inquiries in reference to the marketplace post detailing the 7 units that we had available. This post went to 20 groups as well. I want to first thank all of you who have reached out in reference to the available units! I also wanted touch base on my responses to these inquiries. I have had nearly 100 people who have asked for more information or an application. I am responding in the order that they are received to prevent too many applications coming in so that we are not having more applications than I have available apartments. If I have not responded to you yet, this means that there are others ahead of you. Once I have approved applications for each available unit, I will be notifying everyone else who did not get a chance to apply to let them know that there are no other available units at this time, and directing them to our reservation list. I hope to be able to get to every person soon, as I only have 3 of the apartments left. If I am able to find a way, I will be attempting to provide a source of real time updates as far as availablility goes. If we find a way to do this, I will be posting about that soon.
