Dear Residents & Applicants:
In light of the recent pandemic, Management has been closely monitoring the developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As the health and safety of our residents has always been a priority, we are taking a few precautions in order to better serve you in the safest manner possible (such as the temporary closing of various community space, increased signage, enhanced cleaning, and frequent disinfecting of commonly touched surfaces).
Starting immediately, the management office will be by appointment only and will not be open for walk in traffic. We are asking that residents limit communications to phone and email correspondence. We are also limiting work orders to emergencies only. This means that our maintenance team will continue to respond to all emergency and essential calls however they will not be conducting inspections and routine/preventative maintenance in your homes. Please continue to call in work orders as they arise, and we will be sure to address them as soon as it is deemed safe for you and our staff.
Please know that these measures are strictly precautionary as we have NOT been made aware of any identified direct risk to our community including, to date, no reported cases of residents diagnosed with COVID-19.
In order to ensure the safety and health of our staff and residents we need your assistance! We are asking staff and residents to stay home if you are feeling unwell (per CDC) or if you believe that you have contracted COVID-19. We do ask that you report any confirmation of the contraction of COVID-19. We will continue to make decisions based on science, the recommended guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and our local health department.
All email correspondence can be directed to:
[email protected] (manager) [email protected] (Pam) [email protected] (Kwanayya).
All phone correspondence can be directed to 864-226-2475.
We will continue to update you as information is received. For additional information and updates, please visit Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at
