Some clients come into your life and leave a lasting impression—and Jason & Angela are definitely those people. ❤️

From the moment we met, they had a vision for what was next. Getting there, however, came with plenty of moving parts, a few curveballs, some unexpected disappointments, and a whole lot of patience. There were countless calls and texts, plenty of problem-solving, and more than a few moments where we had to regroup and figure out the next step.

But today, it all became worth it.

They officially closed the chapter on their life here in Massachusetts and are off to Florida to start an exciting new chapter—one filled with sunshine, the water, and hopefully lots of days spent sitting on that dock. ☀️🌴🌊

I feel incredibly lucky to have met them and to have been trusted to help navigate such a major life transition. Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes—it’s about the people, their stories, and helping them get to the place they’re meant to be.

So excited for my buyers as they prepare to retire on Lake Tahoe! A fun fact—they’ve owned a camper just two minutes down the road and have been making memories on this lake for over 30 years. Now, they’ll be spending their retirement in their forever home on the lake they’ve always loved.

When they bought this property last year, they poured their hearts into it. After more than $100,000 in improvements, custom dirt bike trails, and countless weekends making memories with their kids, they realized their next chapter was calling them down south.

Let’s be honest — Massachusetts is filled with real estate agents. With tens of thousands of licensed agents across the Commonwealth, choosing the right one to sell your home can feel overwhelming.

But when you’re selling a home filled with years of memories, it’s not just about finding someone who can put a listing online. It’s about finding someone who has the experience, strategy, and attention to detail needed to protect your biggest investment.

When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.

A couple of years ago, we first started talking about finding the perfect New Hampshire home. When 331 Chalk Pond hit the market, we knew this was the one to pursue. Caitlin and Will were already so familiar with the property, having rented it many times over the years. Their kids had created so many special memories here, and they knew they wanted to continue that tradition for years to come.

After navigating a competitive multiple-offer situation, we got the call just a few days later—we were moving forward!

Not every transaction is straightforward. Some require extra attention, constant communication, and a lot of coordination behind the scenes. While much of that work goes unseen, it’s often what makes the difference in getting a deal successfully to the closing table.

When my good friend Alyse called and asked me to jump in and help, I was more than happy to do so. Together, we worked through every challenge and got this one across the finish line.
