What does 'Days on the Market' mean? Often times when a house sits on the market for a while people tend to think that there is something wrong with the house, but according to an article from realtor.com there may be other explanations.

Some explanations may be that the house is overpriced, the seller is looking to test out the market and see how their house would do, the seller is not willing to go lower than what their asking, perhaps there was a contract in place but the buyers financing fell through. There are a lot of possible explanations.

When buying or selling your house there is one inevitable part that everyone dreads..... the move itself. When choosing a moving company you typically choose between flat rate or hourly movers to get the job done.

According to a recent article from Realtor.com, the best way to decide your moving company is to choose based on how far you're moving. When moving long distance , perhaps across state or from one state to another, a flat rate mover is typically the better choice. But when moving locally, hourly movers may be a better fit for you.
