✅ Usually less than people think. Many buyers can get in with as little as 3–5% down—and sometimes even 0% depending on the loan.

❓ Should I wait for rates to drop?
✅ Maybe—but waiting can cost you more if prices and competition increase. The right strategy matters more than perfect timing. Marry the home, not the rate—you can always refinance later.
