Spoiler alert: even though the market is shifting, you can still win!

Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, you can still make good real estate decisions that will set you up for financial success.

For sellers, this means getting your home on the market soon and working with an agent who can list and market your property for top dollar to the right buyer. While our market isn’t moving as fast as it was last year, there are still plenty of buyers looking for a home just like yours.

For buyers, this means being patient and strategic. We are still strongly in a seller’s market, but great homes are hitting the market everyday. Knowing what you need in a home, being pre-approved, and working with the right agent will set you up for success in our market.

You might see a common theme here of working with a good agent. I can’t really overstate how important it is to have someone you trust and who can support you with knowledge and experience on your side in this market.
