So I constantly see stuff online that makes light of the real estate industry, buying a home, being a realtor etc. so I decided I would start debunking some of the myths associated with these online stories! This week I’m focusing on a news story that caused a lot of controversy in Australia 🇦🇺🤣 it is the age old question of whether millennials (or anyone really) can actually buy a house just by cutting out their beloved avocado toast 🥑🍞

Just closed and this one was an awesome story. A past client referred us to their sibling to help them buy their first home. They were prepared and ready to listen from day one. They 1) Got fully Pre-approved 2) had their Wants and Needs nailed down and 3) knew what they were willing to do for a timeline to close.

Just ONE offer later and we were under contract. In todays market, it comes down to preparation, strategy and relationships to make things happen. It won’t always be a 1-and-done but when you set yourself up to succeed and with the right team behind you, its certainly possible.
