Job duties include:
Perform Occupancy/Vacancy verification, inspect condition of property, take photos of properties, conduct interior/exterior inspections, place door hangars when required, perform Loss Insurance inspections, report property conditions, enter data in company application, and meet all due date deadlines for each order assigned.
Must possess:
An Android, iPhone, iPad operating system, and must have a camera feature with mobile upload on site capability, and texting capabilities.
Computer with Windows and high speed internet access.
GPS and mapping software.
Reliable transportation. (You will be driving a lot!)
Valid DL.
Current auto insurance.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must possess a positive attitude.
Must possess excellent work ethics.
Must be able to work without supervision.
RELIABILITY IS A MUST!!
This is a 1099 position.
Pay is per order completed.
Jobs assigned are dependent on your on-time performance.
