Despite all the rainy and wet weather, we’re moving right along with our build in Lakeview Estates! Still have to move a bunch of dirt, pour some retaining walls and parking pad, and frame up the garage, but we should be under roof very soon (weather permitting!). It’s fun to watch this home take shape!

📣 We’re excited to officially introduce RAKS Homes to the community.

RAKS Homes was created with a simple goal: to build quality homes right here in Northeast Indiana’s lake country ⚓️. We believe a home should feel thoughtfully designed, well built, and connected to the lifestyle that makes this area special.

We are currently building our very first spec home, and we’re excited to share the process along the way. 🔨Every builder starts somewhere, and for us that journey begins in Lake View Estates near Lake James.

🏡This home is being designed with modern finishes, functional space, and the kind of layout people want for everyday living and entertaining.

We’re looking forward to sharing updates as construction progresses and showing everyone what RAKS Homes is all about.
