CLOSED! 🏡

I love these clients—and I’m especially grateful for the patience and trust they placed in me and my C21 team throughout this wild transaction!

We went from touring a home where smoke randomly started pouring out of the kitchen… to receiving an offer the day I had a baby… to a delayed closing caused by a title typo no one wanted to fix.

It all ended with me meeting another Realtor—who was out riding her Harley—at a random gas station at 9 p.m. so I could notarize a legal document in the parking lot. 🤣

But we got it done! Everyone involved stayed kind, patient and willing to work together—and we officially CLOSED!

So thankful for these clients and my amazing C21 Signature Real Estate team! 💛

The day before Gus was born, I emailed all of my clients letting them know we’d hopefully be welcoming him the following week and how everything would be covered while I was away.

At the end of the email I wrote:

“There’s a saying in real estate that the minute you leave for vacation, everything starts selling. 😊 I’m hoping that also applies to a hospital stay!”

Well… guess what happened? 😄

We received an offer the day Gus was born! My sellers and I negotiated, got everything finalized and now this Beaverdale cutie is under contract and through inspection. 👏🏻

Have a baby-> Help my clients accept a great offer -> I’d call that a pretty great day. 💙🏡

Thank you to my wonderful sellers for trusting me to take care of them. Now we’re on to the next step—closing!

These clients have a special place in my heart. 🫶 They were referred to me when they bought this home 6 years ago, and when it was time to sell, they reached out again.

We actually met a few months before listing and made a game plan. They did everything we talked about, and it paid off—multiple offers and pending quickly!

Then, because real estate always likes to keep us on our toes 😅, flash flooding hit right before closing. We stayed calm, worked through it together, and although closing was pushed back a couple of days, everything came together in the end.

Six years ago, in the middle of the craziness that was 2020 🤪, I had the privilege of helping these clients—a teacher and a veteran—buy this adorable home.
