Apparently I like real estate enough to work it from BOTH sides

This past week I celebrated 1 year at Hubbard & Roth Law Firm, P.C. ⭐️🔑🏠

I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some very knowledgeable attorneys while still closing my own deals as a Realtor.

I’ve learned SO much from this past year from clearing liens, working with lenders & other attorneys, to chasing down paperwork, and helping homeowners get clear title.

A few things I’ve learned:
✨ Details matter in your contracts
🔎 Ask about mortgages & potential title issues early
📅 Be kind to your closers, they’re doing A LOT behind the scenes!

So thankful for everything this past year has taught me. Here’s to year two! 🥂

A pending home feels a little different when it’s your sister! 🥹💕

She’s officially under contract and will soon be moving back near family and I couldn’t be happier for her!

Since her new home is outside my market, I connected her with a trusted referral partner who helped her get under contract. I love that real estate allows me to serve my people even from afar!

Felt like I got a glimpse of my childhood all over again through them 🌾☀️

There’s just something special about wide open space, fresh air, and room to slow down. If you’ve been dreaming about a little more land while still staying close to the city, these kinds of properties really are the best of both worlds.
