When we first met to go over the process, I asked “who all is involved in the decision making process with you?” She said “oh, just me.”

During showings, I met no less than 10 extra people. Today she came to closing with 7. She really went from not knowing if she could do pull this off, to closing on the perfect home that checked all her boxes, being hyped up by the BEST friends & family!

Had such a great time having lunch & pool time with {most of} our families today. Love doing life with these ladies. We routinely do business together, encourage each other in the Lord, and pray with/for one another… it was high time we ate tacos & swam all afternoon together. ☀️

Before my family left on vacation I intentionally shot this photo for a closing that would take place while on said vacation…

We’ve been home a week. Whoops!!

It is ALWAYS a bummer when you loose a great neighbor & friend. But it is truly an honor that these friends knew they could rely on me to get them where they needed to go. I was so grateful to be able to help them.. even though the sign in this yard was kind of sad.

We are thrilled for our friends and wish them the BEST of luck in what appears to be a wonderful neighborhood. (And we’re ready to welcome a new family to the block!)
