Seven years ago, we met at an open house and I’m so grateful that connection turned into something so special. Over the years, we stayed in touch, toured homes, and waited patiently for the one that truly fit.

Life kept moving in the best ways welcoming twins a few years ago and now preparing for baby #3! With a growing family, it was finally time to find a home that could grow right along with them.

When the right one came along, everything fell into place. We secured their new home, listed their current one, and closing seamlessly so they could start this next chapter without missing a beat.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. It’s about relationships, timing, and being there through every season of life. So excited for this sweet family and all the memories they’ll make in their new home 🤍

From Minnesota to Iowa ❤️

This one has been nearly a year in the making! We started back in July when they made the decision to relocate to be closer to family and I’m so grateful their trusted friends connected us.

We spent time exploring the metro, getting a feel for different communities, and touring a variety of homes and builders so they could truly understand what fit them best. After multiple trips down (and getting their Minnesota home on the market), we were able to really dial in exactly what they were looking for.

It’s been such a joy getting to know them throughout this process and to be part of such a big life transition. Congratulations on your beautiful new home here in Iowa and I’m so excited for this next chapter for your family!🏡✨
