This one started almost a year ago… My clients were in town last fall to get a feel for the area before deciding to move across the country. We toured a few homes in different areas so they could get acquainted with the Des Moines Metro. Over the last few months they were able to find a great buyer for their old home and move in temporarily with family. We toured almost every new construction home in their range over a few days and somehow landed what’s turning out to be a perfect home for them! Congratulations and welcome back to Iowa!

Big congrats 🎊 to my client who is past inspections and officially pending on this brand new townhome. Moving to Des Moines from out of state, we made plans to look at houses during a two day window. We ended up viewing more than 20 homes to make the most of her time in town. Luckily, this stylish new construction townhome was available in a great location and she decided it was the one!
