Exciting news, we have our first official SOLD unit of the community, and we haven’t even gotten to sheet rock yet! Construction continues on schedule as the first building(3611-3639 NE Kara Lane) is being “roughed-in”. This Building will contain our two furnished model homes slated for completion around March/ April 2020. The 2nd building, 3618-3630 NE Kara Lane just finished up framing & roofing. The 3rd building will begin framing as soon as weather clears up, wood has been dropped on site & we are ready to rock n roll. If you’d like more information, Kyanite has a design center at our office in Ankeny where we can look at floor plans, get measurements, look at finishes etc. Then we can take you through the town homes by appointment only until they are far enough along to safely view them.
