Cold Storage Apartments project update in Des Moines! Framing is now underway on the first building, marking an exciting milestone for the project. Meanwhile, the concrete slab has been poured for the second building, setting the stage for vertical progress there as well. Once framing is complete on Building 1, the crew will transition to Building 2 to keep momentum moving forward.

We're excited to see this new 24-unit community overlooking Riverview Park continue to come to life! 🚧🏗️
