➡️If you keep waiting for rates to come down, you’re going to keep doing the same thing.

Watching. Hesitating. Saving 🏠 you will never tour.
Because the rate feels like the whole decision.

But for most first-time buyers, the real question is simpler.
Can you live with the monthly payment without feeling stretched?💵

That is what gets you into the game.
And once you are in, you can improve the deal later. Refinance if rates drop. Build equity. Upgrade with a stronger down payment when the time is right. 🙌

Also, buyers have something right now that they did not have when things were chaotic.
More sellers are offering concessions again. Closing costs help. Credits. Incentives that make the numbers work.🎉

🌟The trick is knowing which listings actually have them.
