Apparently there was a FOIA request about the property on August 15, 2024:
"...2797 Kochanski 2857 Packard Road, Parcel ID: 09-12-03-404-054
We would like to review (or receive a copy of if practical) the Assessing Department file for the subject address. We already have the online BSA information for the address.
We would also like to know if the Fire Department has any information of environmental interest or concern for the property address."

Weber purchased the property via a quitclaim deed:
"...Fraudulent activity relating to quitclaim deeds has become increasingly common, and many scammers are targeting vulnerable senior citizens."

It's difficult for the actual owner to prove quitclaim deed fraud occurred, and it could involve an expensive and protracted legal case.

Peters is the company Weber is partnering with regarding the development at 2857 Packard Road..Just when you think the story can't get any more sordid, five contractors filed an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition against Peters Building Company on February 18, 2021.

In a rare course of action, 5 contractors have filed an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition against the Peters Building Company.

If Weber was in fact the trustee for the property, he should NOT have sold it to himself for $100:
"...The trustee must also avoid and disclose any conflicts of interest. A common example is when a trustee sells trust assets to themselves. The fact that the trustee is acting as both the seller and the buyer makes such a transaction inherently suspect, even (and especially) when the trustee is also a beneficiary."

Was due diligence done by Weber re potential heirs before he sold the property to himself for $100?
