"...2797 Kochanski 2857 Packard Road, Parcel ID: 09-12-03-404-054
We would like to review (or receive a copy of if practical) the Assessing Department file for the subject address. We already have the online BSA information for the address.
We would also like to know if the Fire Department has any information of environmental interest or concern for the property address."

Weber purchased the property via a quitclaim deed:
"...Fraudulent activity relating to quitclaim deeds has become increasingly common, and many scammers are targeting vulnerable senior citizens."

It's difficult for the actual owner to prove quitclaim deed fraud occurred, and it could involve an expensive and protracted legal case.
