✨Welcome to BZS Realty, a full-service real estate experience✨ From home search to renovation+design, our goal is support our clients every step of the way to ensure their vision can be brought to life, even prior to getting under contract.

I’m Avery, the human behind this page and our main account👋🏼 I’m a licensed Realtor in Michigan and specialize in the greater Ann Arbor area (formerly Avery Evenson Realty). Over the years, this increasingly competitive market has forced my buyers and I to be extra strategic and open-minded within the home search process. The idea of “turnkey” is few and far between, and not nearly as affordable as in prior years. I also believe the pandemic changed the way in which homeowners prioritize their spaces and lives within. With both our BZS renovation and real estate clients, we’ve seen a greater need and desire for spaces to truly support the lifestyle they lead or long to. No longer is a home just a place to lay your head between long days at the office, but rather a sanctuary for families to intentionally thrive in.

Over the last few years, more and more of my real estate clients needed the advice and expertise of our BZS renovation and design business in addition to agent services. Buyers are forced to make purchase decisions quickly, and want to be as well-equipped as possible when making these huge decisions. With the help of our builder, contractors, and designers, we can provide them the resources and support necessary to purchase and transform their new spaces in an efficient way.

Especially in this market, buyers have a very short window to make an offer on a property (in this case👆🏼, day of!). These particular clients loved the property and location of this home, however in order to proceed with the sale they had some non-negotiable that needed to be met with renovation/design. Our builder and contractors were apart of the sale process and inspection every step of the way to ensure the home was a good fit for their family… and the end product is unbelievably perfect🤍

These particular buyers were very dialed in on location. So when the right one came along, we drafted a strong offer (it’s all👏🏼 in👏🏼 the contingencies👏🏼) that won us the home in competition with a stack of offers! Our rock star lender, was also a huge piece of getting the job done!
