Duplex due-diligence day! Hopefully this all goes well and we can add these units to the Provident family. We are facilitating this purchase and will manage this property on behalf of one of our long time investor partners who we decided based on the long term strategy we have in place for them, needed to make a couple purchases this year.

The downtown Chelsea duplex. We directed our investors/clients dollars to this property about 7 years ago.

It out-performed our proforma numbers over the first five years and continues to be a great investment, both in terms of cashflow and capital appreciation.

Not to mention, we have a great relationship with The Purple Rose Theatre, one of the units has been home to its resident actors for many years.
