Tonight’s culinary adventure with Joe led us to in Ypsilanti, and wow, what a find! From their perfectly crafted drinks (hello, Negroni Week!) to their incredible, locally sourced food (those oysters! 🤤), every detail was fantastic. Get yourselves there ASAP!

From ER Colleagues to Homeowners! 🏡 What an incredible journey it’s been with Emily and her fiancé! I still remember Emily reaching out at the beginning of the year, fresh off a shift at the ER (where we both work!), asking if I could help them find their perfect home before their October wedding. Little did we know the adventure that awaited! We toured countless homes, navigated the twists and turns of the market, and even had one deal fall through that just wasn’t meant to be. But through it all, their vision for their dream home never wavered. And then, we found it! The one that truly spoke to them. We went head-to-head with multiple offers, and not only did we win, but they’re walking into instant equity! 🎉 It fills my heart with so much joy to see them embark on this new chapter, building a life and growing together in their beautiful new home and neighborhood. Cheers to Emily and her fiancé – your homeownership dreams have officially come true!
