Buyer had a home inspection done; part of that was radon testing and levels were found to be high. Called our friends at ProTech Environmental and they said it would be $1233 but my client would receive a $100 Realtor discount.

So I asked if the same house is teleported to Ann Arbor (teleportation is expensive too…) what would this quote look like?

Why? Due to City of Ann Arbor permitting and the need to bring in an electrician to hook it up.
