Grateful for 2 closings & my clients' trust. One a rare custom on acreage IN town & the other a new build in . I've lived in the A2 area since (gulp) 1988 as an adult. I may be dating myself, but I have life experience that I lean on. I've bought & sold my own homes numerous times, built, renovated, own investment properties, and been on HOA boards. Here to share my knowledge and help my clients achieve their goals on their timeline.

Having built twice and also bought and sold several "existing" homes, I am an advocate for new construction. I've helped many clients build from the ground up or buy a new spec house - in a range of price points with several different builders. Having a knowledgeable agent in your corner to advocate for you is key. Not all builders are the same and all of their contracts are different. That being said, a brand new home with new appliances and warranties can give incredible peace of mind.

At some point, a house that once felt perfect just… doesn’t anymore.

Toured new construction in . Helped a client's daughter find a wonderful opportunity. I am an advocate for - New home with warranties, all appliances including a washer & dryer, a deck, walkout basement, wooded lot, and at 5.2% for a 30year fixed.

Was able to help this family relocate to to be close to their son at the UofM - walkable to too! A great price for a Downtown Condo with a renovated kitchen, it went on the market in the Fall, and it sat for a couple of months. Lovely, just a slower time for the market. They knew exactly what they wanted. We were able to get it for less... Happy for them!

Looking at 2025, I am grateful for incredible clients and the opportunity to be on an amazing team at the . Hard to believe that I have been doing this for 8 years now. Though my main area is Ann Arbor, my reach leads to where my clients want to go: Dexter, Chelsea, Brighton, Saline, Northville, South Lyon, Ypsilanti, West Bloomfield, etc. Whether it is a custom new-build, buying a Downtown condo by the , 1st time home buyers, UM alumni moving back to A2, out of state buyers looking to be near the UMH, or investors buying/selling, I am here to help. I'm not here to provide high pressure sales. That is not what I am about. Instead, I partner with my clients, lean on my experience as a Realtor, my need to analyze data, and frankly, my life experience. My clients become friends, and I help them reach their goals. What is best for them, is best for me. Sometimes, it is a mad dash and sometimes it takes months and months, I am here to provide support and guidance. Here's to 2026! We have a tradition of serious prep the night before. Glad that Rob has become my partner in putting the day together. Being , it's just easier to have it here, and, it's pretty damn delicious, too: Cornbread muffins, brining the turkey (thank you, Nana!), homemade cranberry sauce, adding butter and cream cheese to the potatoes, yep, delish! We use Kevin's GF turkey gravy and an organic bird from . Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am grateful for you all!
