Market Update: Last week, there were 84 homes listed in Washtenaw County, for a total of $35,170,225. This is a 27% increase from the previous week. This is good news - we need the inventory!

MSHDA finally announced the effective date for their increased maximum sales price! $224,500 goes away forever on March 31, 2025. There IS a bit of a monkey wrench though. The target implementation day is early May. Stay tuned and I'll let you know exactly when you can start writing those purchase contracts.
