That’s not just a stat, that’s a reflection of the relationships I’ve built and the work I’ve put in for every single person who has trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their life. Some transactions are just business. And then there are the ones that mean something a little more.

Helping long-time family friends find their home as they made their way back to the Ann Arbor area was one of those moments I will carry with me for a long time. Coming home after years away while stepping into an exciting new chapter… it doesn’t get more meaningful than that.

But sentiment alone doesn’t win homes… strategy does. We were up against multiple offers, some of which came in higher than ours. Not only did we come out on top… we secured the home below asking price and negotiated concessions from the inspection. In a competitive market, that kind of outcome doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens because of preparation, relationships, and knowing how to craft an offer that stands out for the right reasons.
