He took the time to walk me through everything in detail and patiently answered every question I had. He also shared valuable insights about the mortgage rates, and factors that influenced the rates.
What stood out most was his responsiveness and dedication. Even late in the evening, he was diligent about answering my questions and making sure I understood the process. After speaking with him, I not only had a much better understanding of how financing a home works, but I also gained clarity on the various fees, costs, and factors that impact the overall mortgage process.
