Our pre-closing did not go the way any of us expected. Matt went above and beyond his duties to problem solve for us. He didn't have to. But he did. That extra care and effort has made us forever-fans of Dart. Also, at the beginning stage, Matt blew away the other lenders we were considering in terms of his loan estimate. He wasn't playing any games and was truly giving us his best offer. I so appreciate how forthright he has been in this process. I will always recommend Dart for any mortgage from now on!
