Buying in a competitive market is not for the faint of heart; houses go $100,000 over list, and showings are canceled due to impressive offers and tight deadlines.

These wonderful buyers stuck the course and knew their house was out there. Sure enough one week, not one but two houses with incredible pools came to market. We saw both on the first active day and wrote one incredible offer that the sellers couldn't refuse.
