I want to extend my sincere thanks to the PONTIAC HOUSING COMMISSION for the incredible honor of serving as presenter (along with my colleague Paul Romain, Loan Officer for John Adams Mortgage) at July’s FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER SEMINAR on yesterday evening.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL CLOSING - AND THIS ONE WAS SPECIAL!🏡🎉💙

Earlier today, I had the privilege of helping a hardworking young man purchase his very first home. There were plenty of twists and turns along the way, but thanks to an amazing team, we made it to the closing table!

One of the things I love most about being with REAL ESTATE ONE is seeing our family come together when it matters most. From our outstanding title team...CAPITAL TITLE (special shout out to Kristin and Tiffany🎉), the lender and to my wonderful colleague (Maria Gomez from our Plymouth office) who graciously served as a translator throughout the process, to everyone working behind the scenes (this shout out is to my amazing Ann Arbor managers Maria and Tonya). Your professionalism, patience, and teamwork made all the difference. I am truly grateful.

To my buyer - your dedication and hard work paid off. There is nothing like seeing someone enjoy the fruits of their labor and begin building a future through homeownership. And I have to mention he is only 26 which is admirable considering the average age of a first time homebuyer is 40!

Out of respect for my client's privacy, I've chosen not to share photos from today's closing other than the one posted. But I couldn't let the day pass without celebrating this achievement and thanking everyone who helped make it possible.

It truly takes a team (or a village)! And today, my REAL ESTATE ONE FAMILY showed exactly what that means.💙

The journey to seeing/hearing those three beautiful words from your lender..."CLEAR TO CLOSE" can sometimes test your patience, your persistence, and your faith😩! And this transaction definitely tested them all!

There were more twists and turns than we ever expected. In addition to delays, unexpected hurdles, moments of uncertainty, and times when it felt like the finish line kept moving farther away. But through teamwork, determination, and a commitment to never giving up...WE ARE ALMOST THERE (that is, to the Closing Table 🙂)
