Meet the team 🤍

This is something I’ve been dreaming about for quite some time.

Over the years, one of my favorite parts of this business has been helping other agents grow, get organized, build confidence, and create businesses that truly support the lives they want to live. I’ve always felt drawn to mentoring, teaching, and sharing what I’ve learned along the way, so building a team felt like a natural next step.

I’m so excited to officially introduce the Sierra Imwalle Group.

Each person on this team is here for a reason. Some are learning the business, some are growing their business, some are helping create a better experience for our clients, and all of them bring something unique to the table.

We figured we’d skip the formal headshots and let you get to know everyone a little more personally first. Real estate titles are great, but so are favorite coffee orders, everyday essentials, and a few random facts. 😊

One thing I’m especially proud of is that this team was built intentionally. Not to be the biggest, but to be the right group of people who genuinely care about serving clients well and supporting one another along the way.

Moving to Ann Arbor? Here’s how to choose the right neighborhood 👀

One of the biggest things relocation clients realize pretty quickly is that Ann Arbor neighborhoods all feel very different from one another — even within short driving distances.

Some people thrive downtown and love walkability, restaurants, coffee shops, and being close to campus. Others realize they want quieter streets, larger lots, easier parking, or more connection to nature and trails.

That’s why I always encourage clients to start by thinking about lifestyle first.

Questions like:
• How do you want your mornings to feel?
• How important is walkability?
• Do you want more space or more convenience?
• How often will you go downtown?
• How important is commute time?

usually lead to much better decisions than starting with house features alone.

A huge part of Ann Arbor real estate is understanding the personality of different neighborhoods and surrounding towns — because there truly isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer here.

For a lot of the buyers relocating here, the goal isn’t necessarily being in the middle of downtown — it’s finding more space, newer homes, great schools, and a neighborhood that feels connected and community-oriented while still being close to everything Ann Arbor has to offer.

The Polo Fields is one of the communities I find myself recommending often. With golf course views, larger homesites, neighborhood amenities, and convenient access to downtown Ann Arbor, I-94, Detroit Metro Airport, and some great local favorites on the west side, it offers a lifestyle that appeals to many families making a move to the area.

Home prices here typically range from the mid-$700s to over $1M+, depending on size, location, and updates.
