Washtenaw County has significantly lower foreclosures listings (6%) than the US average. Short Sale closings in Washtenaw County (10%) exceed the Washtenaw County foreclosure listings.

Homes in some stage of foreclosure accounted for 24% of all home sales during the fourth quarter, down only slightly from the year before, according to RealtyTrac.
