We are deeply saddened by the passing of Ron Sabourin, former WA3 Board Member and Treasurer. Ron’s leadership, generosity, and unwavering dedication helped shape our community and strengthen the mission we carry forward today.

He was a friend to many, a mentor to countless, and a true example of service with heart. His laughter, wisdom, and kindness will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Ron’s family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched. May his light continue to guide us and his legacy live on in the work we do together.

🕊️ Rest in peace, Ron. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

Last week Thursday, on August 20th, WA3 was invited to the grand re-opening of Newport Woods! An Essential Property Management property in Newport, Michigan.

It was a beautiful day and it was a great chance to see all the effort that has gone into the renovation of a property that hasn’t seen any updates for over 15+ years. Major shout out to the Essential PM team, and property manager Marchelle Freeman who has knocked out years of work within a year! They’ve renovated over 80% of the community and wrapping up all renovations by the end of this year. And with all this hard work, Newport Woods has entered Property Management Association of Michigan’s in hopes of bringing home ‘Renovated Community of the Year’.
