Finding the right real estate agent comes down to one thing: will they truly work in your best interest, even when it’s the harder conversation to have?

That can mean pointing out red flags others ignore, having honest pricing conversations upfront, or telling a client not to settle for a house just because it “looks perfect” on the surface.

I’m never going to be the kind of person who says whatever it takes to close a deal. My job is to protect my clients, advocate for them, and help them make smart decisions with confidence. That standard doesn’t change based on the situation ✨

These 5 questions can tell you a lot about who you're sitting across from.

The right agent will answer them with confidence and specifics. Vague answers are information too.

A few worth paying attention to:

→ The list-to-sale price ratio tells you how close their sellers actually end up to asking price.

→ Days on market tells you how well they price and position a home from the start.

→ The marketing plan question: Get details: platforms, timing, etc. The more specific, the better.

The last question might be the most telling of all. Every transaction has bumps. Experience shows in how an agent handles them.
