Step one: let’s get started in advance, preferably to talk about what it is you want how many bedrooms big yard little yard areas. One story, two story downsizing from Huge house to one story
upsizing little bigger house, growing out of the house you are in.
we get you
pre approved with my lender to see what we can afford or even if you want to pay that much or stay with a smaller payment
Step two: you may have found a couple homes you want to see I can get all the background information seller disclosures, survey , maybe find some other homes that are coming soon that you don’t get emailed to you.

Step three: I schedule the showings with the Showing service around times that work for the seller and times that work for you. We make things happen. We go out and tour. talk about the good the bad the ugly what you liked didn’t like. It’s a team effort.
