This one definitely kept ME on my toes all the way to the closing table 😅🏡

People think Realtors just unlock doors and negotiate contracts… but the truth is, I wear about 47 different hats during a transaction 😂 Negotiator, counselor, project manager, problem solver… and apparently landscape coordinator 🌳🪴🚜

When HOA landscaping violations popped up right before closing, I wasn’t about to let this deal fall apart. I jumped into action FAST — coordinating, planning, hauling, trimming, planting, leveling, cleaning up… whatever it took to get this one CLOSED 💪🏼

Huge THANK YOU to my husband Scott for always jumping in to help me when things get crazy and to our amazing landscaper, Anthony, for dropping everything at the last minute to get the violations corrected and cleared so we could make it to the closing table on time 🙌🏼

What started as an exciting relocation quickly turned into a stressful process full of tight timelines ⏳, long-distance coordination ✈️, application hurdles 📄, lease questions 🤔, nonstop communication 📱, and trying to make sure everything came together before move-in day.

But through all of the chaos… we got it DONE. 🙌🔑🏡

We started this search back in December and toured so many homes along the way… but none of them felt quite right. Some were close, some looked great online but missed the mark in person, and some just didn’t feel like home. But the moment we walked into this one, we knew — this was it. 🙌
