Spent today riding around on metro and walking around Arlington to preview properties 🏡 for an out of state client and see what the walk 🏃‍♀️ to and from metro was. Apparently my Maps doesn’t know what a slight incline is 🤷‍♀️. 4 different metro stops, 8,684 steps. This girl is ready for PJs, carry out and some Shark Tank.

My client works full time so to avoid wasting her precious time on the weekend I did a lot of previewing for her. It amazes me that a listing says “move in ready” when every piece of carpet in the house is stained and has holes in it, smells like 12 cats lived there or that the “owner is an agent” and the kitchen is covered in grime. I had to shower, launder my clothes and left my shoes outside in the sun. Needless to say of the 4 we had on our list they were all scratched. I can’t even figure out what to write in my feedback besides Not Interested.

Anyone else feel dirty?
