Old Mill High School gets a bad rep in Anne Arundel County, yet here we are with two more Old Mill grads buying a property—how rich! Hunter and Rob are two young entrepreneurs starting their property portfolio together, and I was lucky enough to be apart of the first real estate purchase on their list: their personal property! I knew Hunter and Rob from high school, and Rob reached out in February seeking some advice. As many know, the rental market in Maryland is crazy! You can barely get a nice rental for $2,000 a month, so many decide to live with roommates. Hunter and Rob decided instead to buy a property instead of paying thousands for a lesser return. Congratulations, guys! This is the first of many for you two.

Boris and I wrestled on the same team at Old Mill nearly six years ago and here he is with his wife, Sydney, buying a home together! Boris and Sydney are a wonderful couple that are starting a huge chapter of their lives and I am extremely grateful to them for allowing me to be a part of it.

Lake Habeeb is a reservoir of 243 acres (0.98 km2) and is located in Allegany County, Maryland, United States. The lake is fed by Rocky Gap Run, and nestled against the east side of the southern tip of Evitts Mountain. The dam was built by the Army Corps of Engineers in 1970 and Rocky Gap State Park formally opened on July 17, 1974,[1] it attains a maximum depth of 74 feet (23 m) near its earthen dam. It offers three public beach areas along Habeeb’s 9.4-mile (15.1 km) shoreline, as well as a fishery.[2]
