The compensation/commission stated is the MAXIMUM amount your broker/agent can receive from the transaction.

With the new NAR settlement, Agents/Brokers cannot advertise ANY compensation via the MLS, meaning Buyerโs Agents arenโt guaranteed compensation like before.
