I don’t know about you, but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that so many people in our country are battling one form of sickness or another. Harmful ingredients in our foods, coupled with stress, and environmental factors are enough to take us all out.

We are living in a day in time where we all have to become more intentional in taking control of our health and wellness and this app is just one of the ways to help us do that.

Have you tried it? What do you think?

Thinking about your parents aging or losing their independence can really be depressing. So much so that it becomes easier just to avoid the subject altogether.

The truth is, we're all aging so why not start preparing now before an emergency occurs and the scramble ensues?

Pro tip. Start with little conversations with your parents here and there. Need help getting started?

Thinking about your parents aging or even losing their independence can be depressing. So much so that it becomes easier to avoid the topic altogether. The truth is, we're all getting older; so why not start preparing now rather than to scramble when and if their health begins to take a turn. Take your time and start having conversations little by little. Before you know it, you'll have a whole plan. Need help getting started? Check out the link in the bio!

Many people are surprised to learn that celery contains nutrients and plant compounds that have long been valued in traditional wellness practices. It's rich in antioxidants, vitamin K, folate, and potassium, and can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet.

I've also come across stories of people who say they've experienced improvements in their vision after regularly drinking fresh celery juice. While everyone's experience is different, I decided to give it a try for myself.

So, beginning today, I'm adding fresh celery juice to my morning routine, drinking it on an empty stomach about 20 minutes before breakfast. I'll keep you posted on my experience!

One thing we do know is that healthy aging begins with healthy habits. Protecting our vision, whether it's our own or that of our parents, means taking a holistic approach through good nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, routine eye exams, and reducing exposure to harmful toxins whenever possible.

Have you ever tried celery juice? I'd love to hear about your experience! 👇

One day they're the one with all the answers. The one who handled everything. The one you called when life fell apart. And then quietly… gradually… the roles begin to shift.

And most families don't even see it coming until they're already in the middle of it.

Maybe you've already felt it. The first time you had to remind them to take their medication. The first time you noticed the house wasn't as clean as it used to be. The first time they seemed… smaller somehow. More uncertain.

That's the shift. And it's not a crisis yet. But it will be; if your family isn't prepared for what comes next.

The adult children who navigate this well, the ones who don't fall apart, don't fight with their siblings, don't get blindsided by an emergency; they all have one thing in common.

They prepared before the moment arrived. Are you ready?

"If your family's plan for Mom and Dad is 'we'll figure it out when something happens'  you don't have a plan. You have a GoFundMe waiting to happen."

And I say that with love because most families are exactly here. Not because they don't care. But because life is busy, the conversation feels heavy, and their parents seem fine… for now.

But here's what nobody tells you: Emergencies don't wait for a good time. They don't care that you're stretched thin between your job and your kids. They don't care that the conversation got awkward last Thanksgiving. They don't care that you meant to look into it. By the time you need the plan it's too late to make one.

So if your parents are still okay right now, you have something most people don't: ⏳ Time. Use it.

Here's where to start:
✅ Find out where their important documents are — and make sure at least one other person knows too
✅ Look at their monthly expenses together — most seniors are spending $300–$500/month on things they could easily reduce
✅ Have ONE honest conversation about what happens if something goes wrong That's it. Not everything at once.

Just a start. Because the families who end up posting the Found me? They all thought they had more time.

💾 Save this and send it to the sibling who also keeps putting it off. You know who.

This is sad. A 76 yr old mother / grandmother was killed in Katy Tx when a 44 yr old was driving his Tesla on autopilot and slammed into her home.

What are your thoughts on these features such as autopilot and self driving features. Are you for it or against it? Sound off below 👇🏾.

If you start to notice CHANGES like:

🚩 Unopened mail stacking up
🚩 Expired food still in the fridge
🚩 Burn marks on pans or near the stove
🚩 Lights not working and not replaced (home repairs being neglected)
🚩 Laundry piling up when that’s never been their pattern
🚩 Clutter or hoarding

These are often early signs that something is shifting.

It can be vision changes. Memory strain. Mobility issues. Or just plain overwhelm.

Don’t panic. Just pay attention.

Changes tell a story. And the earlier you notice them, the more options you have.

Preparation protects independence.

Dad is in the shower. No big deal.

Now you notice that it's been a minute.

At first, it might not seem like a big deal.
Water running.
A closed door.
No response.

But for families with aging parents, moments like this can quickly turn into concern.

Oftentimes it’s nothing.

But sometimes, it’s a sign that something isn’t right. In this instance you were there to witness it.

But when a parent lives alone, situations like this can go unnoticed longer than they should.

Simple steps like:
• regular check-ins
• or having someone nearby who can quickly stop by
can make a critical difference.
