Exciting News! ✨

I’m excited to share that I have officially joined Samson Properties in Annapolis! While my brokerage has changed, my passion for helping clients buy and sell real estate remains exactly the same.

I’m incredibly grateful to also be stepping into the role of Office Manager for our Annapolis office—a new opportunity that I’m honored and excited to take on. Over the next few months, I’ll be working toward earning my Maryland Broker’s License as I prepare to officially become the Managing Broker of the Annapolis office.

Huge accomplishment! So excited for my sellers!

My sellers came to me saying they wanted to sell their 2 acre lot, but they already had an offer for $600,000 and thought that was low!

I told them follow their instincts and go to market! Listed for $699,900, recieved multiple offers including a much higher offer from their original bid, and are now under contract for well over list price!

Having an agent with resources and active in the community you’re selling is priceless!

Cannot wait to get my clients to the closing table later this month!

Little ole me, getting into RE at 27. Finally figuring out what I had a passion for. Making work not feel like work.

After nine incredible years with RE/MAX One, it’s time for me to begin a new chapter in my real estate career. I am truly grateful for the support, guidance, and opportunities that helped me grow both personally and professionally throughout my time there. A special thank you to my broker, Mark Davis, and the entire staff for believing in me and being such an important part of my journey. The relationships and memories I’ve made will always mean so much to me. While I’m excited for what’s ahead, I wish everyone at RE/MAX One continued success and nothing but the very best. This is my 5th transaction with this family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the continued trust they have with me!

We were on the market for 3 days, with 24 showings, 16 parties through the open house, 7 offers and sold for $48,000 OVER list price!!!

To put the cherry on top, there were no inspection repairs, or appraisal contingency & we closed in 3 weeks from the day we hit the market!

Happy Settlement Day to my buyers Allie & Nick!

This time last year, we weighed the pros & cons of renting & buying — at that time it just made sense to wait another year. I helped them rent, and we circled back 9 months later and were on full force to find them their own home!

With negotiating sellers to pay all of their closing costs, inspection repairs, and money back at the table — it was a total WIN!

Back to our favorite place for a few days, and it did not disappoint 🌴 I may be burnt to a crisp, but the water-views, food, sunshine and memories made were worth it! The locals are always a good time!
