The weather is beautiful today! It's a perfect day to enjoy a delicious free snow cone, provided by a local high school entrepreneur and Broadneck high student (Naptown SnoCo) and sponsored by HomeSource Pro Real Estate. We will be at Mago Vista Park from 5-7pm (or until we run out - which has happened before!). Come bring kids to play on the playground, take a walk on the trail, or just pop in quickly. It’s not often I don’t feel like a giant in photos, but my last clients are a tall couple and this one turned out great! More importantly, after a few challenging transactions lately, this one was truly special. There’s something really meaningful about helping people buy their first home. One of the more difficult transactions - amazing buyer clients but the seller side was extremely difficult. The sellers didn’t fully clean out the house and left this creepy doll to watch us during our final walkthrough….
