Julie sent me this photo today and the message “ ”. When we bought our first Maryland home in 2009, I told her it was a 5 year, 2 kid plan. 11 years and 4 kids later, and hours upon hours of door knocking and cold calling, we had finally found our diamond in the rough. This picture shows the house from where our front door would eventually be (it didn’t exist at this point). We did our original renovation immediately after purchasing at the end of 2019 and then did phase two last year in 2025. The second photo shows how it looks today from the same general angle.
