🏡✨ New Construction Walk-Through Day ✨🏡

Yesterday I attended the new construction orientation/walk-through with my buyers at their beautiful new condo in K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Kent Island—and while the weather was miserable 🌧️… the day was still great! 👀

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is going to be the perfect weekend getaway for them, and settlement is already next week 🎉

During the walk-through, we learned all about the home while also using plenty of blue tape to mark items for the builder to address before final walk-through and closing 🔵🏡

And this is exactly why having representation with new construction matters. The sales rep works for the builder—but I work for my buyers every step of the way.
