In Pasadena, MD, over the last two weeks, on the real estate master website, Brightmls, 30 new listings and 2 coming soon homes have hit the market. They are priced from $325,000 to $2,595,000 with 13 properties priced under $500,000. 13 of those properties have access to water and 9 are actual waterfront homes. 7 are priced over $900,000. There are 15 homes with water access under contract. It is a sellers market in Pasadena for these types of homes. Call me if you want me to analyze your neighborhood. 410-218-3612.

Love working with buyers and sellers of real estate. Our team did some analysis of Elizabeth Landing townhomes. In 1995 she rented a home for $775 a month. At the time they were selling for just under $100,000. Today 30 years later, they rent for $2500 a month and the average sales price is $360,000. Real estate is always local and increases vary. OK, people of Maryland are state legislature is recommending an increase in transfer taxes from currently .5% 2.75% up to $700,000. And a full one percent for properties over that. It’s double the taxes both sides get to pay you may want to call your current legislators and let them know Real Estate is going to be tough. Thanks Joey Van Daniker of Universal Title.
