Congrats! Everyone put their best foot forward, we pivoted as things started to change rapidly with Covid, we put measures in place to keep everyone safe, we listed on March 12th, we approved 38 appointments in four days and received 5 offers. Once under contract we continued to pivot when the state started closing non essential businesses and knew we needed to destage the house sooner than we planned, we prepared for a paperless appraiser meeting and we knew we needed to make adjustments for the sellers to sign ahead of time and we wouldn't be doing a traditional settlement at the table with all parties. We were successful and safe! Our clients sold their investment property and the buyers are thrilled to be moving into their new home. And it's always great to work with Jennifer Eckel!

Congratulations! We're living in a unique time and I'd delighted to say we settled on this home yesterday. Hourly things are changing that are out of our control - lending, county courts and the guidelines for being in the same room with others. The seller called 315 Penwood home for more than 50 years and is now headed south to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. Congrats and it's always a pleasure to work with Jennifer Eckel.
