I am grateful for my birthday today, but even more grateful for Scott Purper's note to me just yesterday. it said, "George Reid is a wonderful real estate agent and an even better person. Two weeks ago, we had the ice storm. In two days from today, our temperature will be in the middle 70s. The swing of warm and cool spring weather is undoubtedly on its way!

This means that I will be fishing before long. I love to fish! This summer I will try, for the first time, to fish seriously for Rockfish. In the past, I have "racked up" on Croaker and Spot. Now, I will have to buy some additional rods and reels to fish for Rocks.

Any recommendations? By the way, I fish the area of what is called the middle Chesapeake Bay, near Annapolis, Maryland.

This is a sellers' market because the number of available properties on sale in Maryland, in general, is low. Within this sellers' market, because the weather has been so cold and icy, there are properties available in certain Markets--making these certain markets a buyers' market, where you will have leverage when negotiating the terms of purchase.
