One of my kid’s favorite books… I think of this piece of the book about the waiting place often with a bit of a real estate adaption to it.

The Waiting Place… for Sellers just waiting!

Waiting for your house to go… or a buyer to come… or an agent to go… or a contract to come or the settlement to go… wanting your phone to ring… and the showing to show… but the waiting around for a yes or a no is like waiting around for your hair to grow… these are the things that your agent knows… this waiting around just feels so slow! No one likes the Waiting Place… but the waiting around is just something sellers sometimes must face 😞
